The lock in design allows the J-Hook to be fitted securely and snuggly in an instant with a simple push/ pull and twist and makes it easy for lifters to adjust the height. Our longer angled J-Hooks provide better displacement of the bar and make it easier to unload when you are squeezing in that extra rep.
